Instruction for use:Place a nonstick skillet (without greasing it) on high heat, heat for at least 2 minutes, and when hot, lower the heat and lay the piadina on it. Cook the piadina for about 1 minute, turning it every 15 seconds to get it perfectly cooked. If you prefer crispy, you need to increase the cooking time. Once cooked, remove the piadina from the pan and stuff as desired; heat for another 15 to 20 seconds to bring out the flavor.
